PORTALES, NM — Make sure to be at Greyhound Arena on Wednesday, March 8, for to see the Eastern New Mexico University women's basketball team depart for the NCAA Tournament! March Madness will officially hit Portales at 1:30 p.m., on Wednesday, as the Greyhounds head to Pueblo, Colorado, to compete in NCAA Division II South Central Regionals for the first time in program history.

The Greyhounds won a team-record 16 LSC games this season to clinch their a share of the league title. The team also had noteworthy wins over Angelo State, Tarleton State, and West Texas A&M, among their third 20-win season.

The Eastern New Mexico University women's basketball team will open the tournament on Friday, against Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference tournament champion, University of Colorado-Colorado Springs. Make sure to see the Hounds start their road to Pueblo on Wednesday!
