CANYON, TEXAS —
Garlind Webster turned in a 3-for-4 performance with a homerun and two doubles for the Eastern New Mexico University baseball team (24-24) in Friday's Lone Star Conference Tournament semifinal. The Greyhounds saw their postseason run come to an end as top-seeded and fifth-ranked West Texas A&M (39-11) earned a 24-2 win on the way to the tournament finals at Wilder Park.

Endy Villalona closed his ENMU career on an eight-game hit streak.
West Texas A&M will advance to play second-seeded Tarleton State in Saturday's LSC Tournament finals.
In the Tournament
- Last night's dramatic 7-4 win over Angelo State was the Hounds' first postseason win in program history

- Joe Corbett scattered six hits over seven innings and struck out eight batters to earn the win for WT
